Hi there, my name’s Kyle. Thanks for stopping by!

Hi! My name is Kyle. I’m a New England native and when I’m not traveling, I’m living and working in Boston, MA. I work to live and don’t live to work and embrace my time outside of the office. I’m a winter gal at heart but embrace all seasons and am happiest either in the mountains or at the ocean so you’ll find much of my content centered around these areas. I enjoy finding beauty in nature wherever I go. I seek out experiences and environments that feed my soul and appreciate when the human built world can bring us closer to this. I love falling in love with beautifully designed and thoughtfully managed spaces that prioritize ambience and nourishment and will run the other direction if I hear someone say “all inclusive”.

I started this blog after realizing I was sitting on a lot of cool experiences with no central place to house and share my recommendations. I tend to be a critic of anything mediocre and developed a reputation in my circles as an unofficial authority on many recommendations. Thus, Kyle Approved, was born. I will also share that many of these experiences were shared with a prior partner of mine and although we parted ways, there was a great amount of joy in discovering and experiencing them together and I’m forever thankful to her for the shared memories.
